For more information, check out www.fieldcore.com **Role Summary/Purpose** The Administrative Assistant III provides administrative and clerical services with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in order to ensure effective and efficient functioning of facilities, office operations, and business support services. The Administrative Assistant III serves as the Executive Assistant, Security and Facilities Assistant, or Receptionist. **Essential Function** + Provide administrative and clerical services with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in order to ensure effective and efficient functioning of facilities, office operations, and business support services + Develop and implement secretarial standards, policies, and procedures and create and maintain an effective front desk training manual + Serve as the Executive Assistant, Security and Facilities Assistant, or Receptionist in his/her absence + Train, develop, and manage the Security and Facilities Assistant and Receptionist + Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email + Maintain files, records, and calendars and schedule appointments in order to maximize organizational efficiency + Conduct inventories and track expenses of office, courier, and kitchen supplies and coordinate their reorders, receipt, and issuance + Execute Iron Mountain document management processes by fulfilling document deliveries + Coordinate catering, office events, and holiday decor and events + Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed + Refer internal facility issues to the appropriate personnel and maintain a log of all maintenance and office services + Assist with coordinating business travel, conference plans, and meeting arrangements + Manage administrative projects as assigned + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications/Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent required + Associates degree preferred + Three years of administrative assistant experience required **Desired Characteristics** + Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently + Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints + Strong organizational skills + Minimal travel required + English proficiency required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and vets.
