We specialise in Group Risk and Healthcare within the Employee Benefits sector. Our diverse team are seeking a dynamic colleague to join them to provide high quality advice and communication consultancy. Your role: * Helping to maintain, build and grow a portfolio of existing corporate clients; you provide the highest quality advice and consultancy whilst working to an agreed budget. * We need you to look creatively at the portfolio and seek profits where possible. You ensure that revenue is forthcoming by recognising and rapidly growing lines of cover and service delivery. * You are at the top of your game, you often anticipate and respond to the ongoing and future needs and objectives of your clients. * Seeing and actively developing new opportunities to increase your portfolio of business. You provide a professional quality service to all clients, colleagues and other third parties * We care about the support you provide on projects, being able to see the bigger picture and work around that plan is a real gift. * You strive to make your whole team successful, this means providing mentorship to colleagues, developing less experienced team members and inspiring others to get the best outcomes. * You easily build and cultivate strong relationships with your clients, acting as their trusted adviser you're credible and act with the highest integrity. Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience: * Studying towards or obtained the relevant professional qualifications for the role; Group Risk (ie CII CR1); Healthcare (CII IF7); Pensions (ie Pensions Management Institute diploma level) * We would love for you to bring your extensive and up to date tEchnical knowledge of employee benefits consultancy. * Demonstrable experience within similar role in Communications. You're comfortable when handling and building compliant business from new and existing clients. This will include corporate clients with high value needs, specialist requirements and complex client relationships. * Strong communication skills, happy to present to all audiences and levels. With confident and influential negotiation skills, you have a variety of experience as part of effective senior pitch teams. * Excellent organisation skills, competent working to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks. You thrive under pressure, use your sound problem solving skills and usually develop workable solutions quickly. * As a proficient and accurate individual, you use your initiative to secure business, lead evolution with confidence and develop those around you. * You're happy to travel to various locations and eligible to work in the UK.
