PAS has been identified as an area of growth as clients increasingly require advice in building their people's capabilities at a time when global demand for talent and scare skills is at its highest. As well as attracting and retaining individual talent, clients are also looking at how they raise overall organisational performance through the entire workforce. This means building their capabilities, processes and systems in workforce optimisation, inclusion, organisational development and culture. **The opportunity** We are seeking Senior Manager level candidates with expertise in Workforce Planning to support the development of our offering, market position and delivery of client assignments inour Workforce Design and Analytics team (WDA). We require people who can build our workforce planning service offerings, understand client needs, grow our internal capability and connect effectively across our global PAS team to maximise our global knowledge and experience in supporting clients solve their workforce planning challenges. **Your keyresponsibilities** Business Growth and Business Development + Successfullysell, design and deliver our WFP services in a broad range of industry sectors. + Grow the WFPoffering by actively driving the ongoing development of the practice andassuming operational responsibility and accountability for assignments anddelivery teams across sectors + Grow EY'sWFP market profile by developing a differentiated offering built on thought leadershipand best practice + Contributeto business development and client pursuit efforts by leading the preparing ofproposals and delivering presentations to potential clients. Lead the deliveryof subsequently won work + Generateprofitable revenue by developing lasting relationships with clients, throughbusiness development and account management leadership + Driveinnovation to ensure provision of market leading, relevant and highly-targetedsolutions and content-rich thought leadership to clients + Contributeto delivery of wider strategic objectives across PAS and the wider UK &Ireland business at EY, as well as supporting and participating in initiativesfor growth of the firm as a whole Core Consulting and Program delivery + Develop,shape and deliver WFP programmes of work, with our industry account teams andother practice areas. + Abilityto anticipate and assimilate client requirements, win their trust and buildenduring relationships to develop their business + Proactivelymanage senior client stakeholders, including delivering difficult messages andmanaging performance issues, up to C-Suite level + Designand deliver complex large scale programmes in a broad range of industrysectors.
