Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the role takes the lead on at least one of the key accounts in the department and is responsible for carrying out all aspects of campaign management for the performance marketing channels in the UK, US and Ireland ensuring that the correct balance between budget and revenue is achieved. What we expect from you: You will be responsible for: + Carrying out all aspects of campaign management across paid search, paid social, native and display, including set-up, optimisation and reporting. + Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance tasks including cost imports, account health checks and daily performance monitoring. + Ensuring the correct balance between budget and revenue is maintained. + Analysing campaign results to identify new trends and opportunities. + Overseeing product feed management, including categorising products and diagnosing errors. + Building internal relationships and working across departments to ensure paid channels are fully utilized as part of a multi-channel marketing strategy. + Championing paid channels within the company, promoting opportunities for growth. + Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and new technology. + Taking the lead on at least one of the department's key accounts or channels. + Taking the lead on strategy decisions for the owned account/channel. + Acting as the key point of contact for the owned account/channel, both internally and with external partners. + Assisting the Performance Marketing Manager in forecasting budgets and ROAS when required. + Contributing to the training and development of Executives and Assistants. And you will be accountable for: + Ensuring that all campaigns are set up correctly and performance is checked and optimised as required. + The performance of the owned key account or channel. + Highlighting any performance shortfalls or growth opportunities, as a result of campaign analysis, to Performance Marketing Manager. + Championing paid channels within the company.
