Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Knowledge Management Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You'll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. Our Project Management and Implementation team works with leaders in the learning and development organisation to effectively translate line of service and/or business unit priorities and strategies into learning solutions. You'll be helping the team with the creation, design, development and implementation of customised learning solutions. * Combine creative flair and technical skills to produce and update digital learning content * Project manage the development process * Liaise with subject matter experts to engineer their knowledge and information into digital products * Collaborate with other specialists (videographers, designers, project managers) and the service delivery centre to produce the final product and present to internal clients * Conduct R&D in applying new technologies in learning * Maintain best practice documentation * Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments occurring simultaneously * Coach other team members Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Interactive Art design/Computer Science * Minimum three year experience in producing multimedia/web products in a commercial environment * Well versed in using Adobe Cloud suite and Microsoft PowerPoint * Ability to develop and troubleshoot front end solutions with JS, HTML5, CSS or JS frameworks * A fast and self-initiated learner and a passion in exploring new technologies * Ability to communicate effectively with our English and Putonghua speaking staff orally and in writing * Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills * A definite plus if you have experience in some of the below: - Designing and developing elearning, online game, or mobile application - Experience in responsive design - Articulate Studio, Storyline, Lectora, Captivate - 3D/2D animations - SCORM, AICC and xAPI standards - SQL, PHP, ASP - Learning management systems Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
