You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements. Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning. The role is expected to assist directors, coordinators and support all functions in the organization, carrying out office policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to ordering supplies, placing service calls, filing and record keeping. * Maintaining (scanning and manually filing), cataloguing and updating of filing systems for classifying, retrieving and disposing of materials such as correspondence, records, reports and other relevant documents. * Maintaining confidentiality and security of records in accordance with corporate and facility procedures. * Handling the preparation of agendas and minutes of the meeting. * Maintaining connectivity with the other Corporate Support teams involving Finance and Human Capital. * Making travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries of, organising meeting times, making meal arrangements and car service requirements as and when required. * Perform other Corporate Services activities of an administrative or miscellaneous nature (as determined by the COO or General Manager or other designated proxies) on a regular or adhoc basis, as required or requested.
