What youll be doing Photobox is building a data-driven Performance Marketing Team with the clear goal of acquiring new customers and ensuring our marketing investment is driving incremental value to the group. We constantly challenge and evolve our approach to stay ahead of our competitors. The team is united through our shared objective to continually test and learn, be the best-in-class on execution and deliver growth. Photobox is increasing its presence in the Apps space and has significant growth ambitions in the coming months. To deliver the growth plan, we are looking for an experienced Mobile Acquisition Manager with experience in paid and organic acquisition. The role will report to the Performance Marketing Director and be tasked with driving new App customers. As our Mobile Acquisition Manager for Photobox, you will be responsible for: * Developing the customer acquisition strategy outside Google & Facebook. Key focus on mobile networks and new channels. Be hands-on with implementation, ongoing management and optimisation. Deliver a step-change in sales performance by successfully executing new initiatives. * Ensure Mobile campaigns operate to agreed budget and ROMI (return on marketing investment). * Establish and maintain a clear Test and Learn plan to increase reach, optimise click thru-rate, optimise conversion rate (via offer testing and customer journey) and maximise customer lifetime value. * Management of (organic) App Store Optimisation (ASO), working closely together with the SEO team. Sharing objectives and educating the SEO team in best practices. * Work closely with the Marketing Analyst to measure and validate the incrementality of existing and new initiatives. * Work closely with Analytics and Product to maintain the Mobile Attribution suite. * Work closely with the wider team to align overall strategy and optimal channel mix. * Proactively build business cases to drive incremental sales with an incremental budget. * Deliver daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reports as directed. * Actively identify customer friction points and propose improvements. Create and share value cases with relevant stakeholders to influence, get the buy-in and agree on a timeline for solution implementation. * Monitor and update the business on competitors activities (marketing, product launches, promotions, platform change, business performance, etc.). Requirements * You can demonstrate a strong understanding of the mobile landscape. * You have a strong understanding of and experience with ASO. * Have established relationships with Mobile Partner Networks * You are fully hands-on. Plan and execute to deliver immediate results. * You are comfortable navigating through ambiguity and change. * Growth mindset with customer-centricity. Essential skills and experience: * 2+ years of experience being hands-on with Mobile User Acquisition. Able to manage end-to-end; from campaign strategy to campaign build, tracking, through to optimisation and reporting. * Able to crunch large data with ease and draw conclusions and recommendations. * Proficient with Google Apps Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads and Mobile Partner Networks. * Mobile Attribution: AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc. * Exposure to Mobile In-App Analytics tools will be advantageous.
