Description Sphere of Influence You will be the UK, Ireland & Scotland Regional Sales Head for Oracle Learning Cloud -responsible for leading a team of high achieving Account Execs selling SaaS learning solutions. Additionally; * Provide Executive leadership and sponsorship in strategic accounts * You will develop a high performing sales culture within the organisation * Actively oversee key deals, strategy, execution, and the building of customer and external partner relationships that are commercially viable * You will set and manage performance criteria of your sales team, including pipeline, account penetration, forecasting and review of demand generation activity level * Profile the subscription offerings within the senior ranks of the broader Oracle echo system whilst maturing internal networks and relationships * Create and manage short term and long term business plans * Leverage company best practices to ensure customer success and maintain executive relationships in top regional accounts * Facilitate the success of the team and individuals through motivational, coaching and mentoring techniques. * Reshape the selling team and reduce time to productivity of talent acquisition. Required Skills/Experience What You'll Bring Demonstrated success at a Regional level of leading high performing teams in SaaS software solution sales environments Key attributes: * Intrinsically motivated with a results oriented focus within an autonomous working environment * Extensive enterprise software sales leadership experience with a demonstrated successful track record. * Extensive experience of leading high performing teams of Enterprise Sales Executives selling SaaS solutions. * Developed interpersonal and public speaking skills with a history of presenting at industry events - will be seen as an inspirational leader for customers and sales executives. * A demonstrated track record of over achieving against sales targets. * Experience of hiring and coaching high performing SaaS sales teams.
