Reception Supervisor The job role of reception Supervisor: The Duck & Waffle beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for a Reception Supervisor to assist the Management team in coordinating all Front of Hose operations, particularly the host/reception team across our Flagship in Liverpool Street, London. This Reception Supervisor supervises daily restaurant operations, maintains sanitation standards, and assists the FOH staff on the floor providing exemplary hospitality. The position assists the Manager making sure guest's and employee's satisfaction is achieved while maintaining the operating budget. The ideal candidate for Reception Supervisor: + At least 3 years of Hospitality experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity required + Effective decision making and problem-solving skills + Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations; written and verbal English language communication skills + Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she may be the first impression of the restaurant + Must be prompt, courteous, and reliable + Ability to work long and flexible hours + Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, without restrictions.
