The Nutrition & Biosciences division of DuPont is currently looking for an accomplished, commercially driven Sales professional for a Global Account Management role. The Pharmaceutical Solutions business is part of the Nutrition & Biosciences Division and the largest global supplier of cellulosic products for the pharmaceutical excipient market. DuPont Pharmaceutical Solutions combines market leading products and rich pharma experience from DuPont, FMC and Dow to create one of the industry's broadest and most flexible portfolio of oral solid dosage advanced pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients. The business offers a broad portfolio of products for immediate and controlled release of API, a full range of immediate, delayed, and sustained release product options; taste masking; enhanced bioavailability for novel advanced pharmaceutical ingredients; and naturally derived vegetarian capsules. The main purpose of this position is to manage established business with around 15 large global accounts including several market-leading pharmaceutical businesses. Further activities will include; * Global Sales/Account Management * Designing solutions and strategies to grow and develop key pharmaceutical accounts * Create engaging Customer Plans and ensure Customer Project Pipeline development * Provide input to global sales & account management development plan * Interaction and collaboration with wide variety of internal stakeholders to accurately and effectively position the DuPont brand and its products * Understanding commercial opportunities and sector trends to adapt business plans and maximise account potential #LI-CT1 Your skills, experience and qualifications may include some of the following; * BSc Degree in Biological or Physical Sciences * Preferred: MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical or Biological Sciences * Knowledge of, or experience in the pharmaceutical active or excipient market * Track record of driving sales growth and developing new business * Key Account Management and development * Sophisticated commercial communicator with excellent negotiation skills * A team-work centric, collaborative approach and mindset ...
