Job Description

Role Summary: The Senior BD/M&A Manager at Baker Hughes is a key team member in the development and execution of strategy and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. The position will be focused on the Digital Solution division within Baker Hughes and will cover inorganic strategy, origination and execution reporting to the M&A Executive for Baker Hughes Digital Solutions. EssentialResponsibilities: + Strategy:Help develop inorganic growth strategy within Baker Hughes Digital Solutions + Origination:Identify and select inorganic opportunities, including review of targetcompanies (company analysis, market and industry analysis and evaluation ofcommercial strategy and operation execution) + Execution:Evaluate and structure potential opportunities and deals + Execution:Lead transaction process with cross functional teams; internal opportunityreview, valuation, due diligence, contract negotiation and early identificationof integration issues and integration complexity + Communicateon a regular basis with the deal teams regarding ongoing projects and activelyseek advice and guidance from leadership where appropriate + Manageinternal stakeholder relationships + Interface,as needed, with external parties such as investment banks, legal firms,consultants, accountants, etc. Qualifications/Requirements: + Engineeringor Business degree + Experienceleading acquisition and merger processes and activities, with an emphasis onfinal stage deal experience + Relevantexperience within an investment bank, accounting or investment firm + Strongoral and written communication skills with great influencing and negotiatingskills + Stronganalytical skills with background in finance and accounting + Availabilityto travel extensively Locations: + London,UK This is your opportunity to learn more, do more, live the career you have imagined and be part of a truly diverse organization Baker Hughes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
