Description Basic salary circa 60k plus uncapped commission (circa 40k) At HireRight we think we've got a lot to shout about. The Role This role is responsible for selling HireRight's on demand employment screening solutions and services to large Enterprise clients (15k employees and up)-including multi-national clients-and generally carries an annual sales target of $2MM+. These targets are realized through managing a defined territory in order to proactively generate leads, acting up on provided leads. Key Responsibilities: + Identify prospects and define a contact program + Arrange prospect meetings and take ownership of the sales cycle + Attend meetings, seminars and conferences (in the UK and overseas) to promote HireRight and generate new business + Create business plans within the company framework + Contribute to sales meetings to ensure that agreed actions are completed on time + Act as lead contact for assigned Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs) + Ensure that pricing for all opportunities is appropriate + Work with our Customer Onboarding team to ensure that new business contracts are implemented seamlessly + Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan by actively seeking opportunities to increase revenue growth Experience and skills required: + A proven track record of selling and implementing complex products or services + Experience of successfully selling to large multinational clients + A general understanding of legislation relating to our industry e.g. GDPR, SMR + Proven experience documenting customer needs and requirements (e.g. proposals, Statements of Work or Product Requirements documents.) + Experience managing Sales databases in SalesForce As well as a generous compensation package with uncapped commission, we also offer a range of great benefits for this role including private health insurance and life insurance. Knowledge of Screening marketing and familiarity with legislation relating toemployment screening, data protection and security would be desirable.Alternatively a background in HR or the Recruitment sector would be beneficial Demonstrated record of success in selling or implementing complex businessprocess solutions. Experience working in a cross functional environment
