Job Title: OUTBOUND SALES COORDINATOR Supervisor: Planning, Installation and Co-ordination Manager Direct Reports: None Salary: Paid Hourly, Overtime Eligible POSITION SUMMARY The Outbound Sales Coordinator converts prospects into installation and kitchen customers through proactive effort and energy and drive to achieve goals. This will be achieved by working closely with Planning and Dispatch teams to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core Duties & Responsibilities: + The role is an outbound tele sales role, with successful candidates being expected to make 150+ calls/emails per day. + Contact internal prospects through persistent daily calls and emails to pursue kitchen and installation sales. + Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. + Maintain and track customer and prospect communications. + Drive commercial urgency to meet or exceed revenue forecast and maximize capacity utilisation and productivity. + Work closely with strategic business partners to focus sales efforts toward targeted customers and balance and fill capacity. + Securing installation contracts using capacities set by the Regional Dispatch Coordinator to best fill installation slots. + Ability to receive and utilise feedback from weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to grow the assigned region?s contracts, revenue and survey scores. + Completing all training requests by Company and performing such training in accordance with requirements of Company. + Must be able to pass a background check. Additional Responsibilities: As identified and assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Experience: + Tele sales or customer support centre experience is essential + Minimum 2 years telesales or customer support centre experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES + Ability and eagerness to provide each customer with an exceptional experience. + Ability to deliver the most professional, efficient and highest quality kitchen and installation support in the industry. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. + Highly organised and flexible. + Able to work evenings and weekends + Demonstrated competitive drive. + Contributor to improving processes. + Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines. + Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS The standard work environment for this position is an indoor office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently sit talk or hear, and will occasionally stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.
