CDB is hiring a Business Development Director with deep knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI&A) solutions. You will use your strong consulting and business development experience to help our clients define their analytics and AI strategies to leverage the vast amounts of data available and convert them into meaningful insights to improve revenue goals and drive business process efficiencies. Your overall objective is to help clients in their Artificial Intelligence & Analytics transformation journey and help them move from a data driven business to an insights driven business. Essential Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in account management or sales development with responsibility of growing accounts in excess of 15%-20% YoY on a base of $5 Million * Experience of owning and delivering on revenue and margin targets * Previous experience of developing and managing pipeline opportunities * Extensive experience in a Business Development/Account Growth role * Experience in selling large scale AI&A engagements * Ability to find AI&A solutions to business problems and engage the customer with "consultative selling" * Strong oral and written communication skills along with executive presentation and persuasion skills * Prior experience of forging relationships at Director, VP, and CXO levels * Knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, and potential opportunities of applying AI&A Responsibilities: * Responsible for Sales, Business Development & Customer Relationship activities for AI and Analytics * Achieve annual revenue & profitability targets * Develop and execute Account Growth strategy and business plans * Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals * Lead the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, sales and RFI/RFP processes * Forge relationships with VP/CXO decision makers across marketing, sales, finances and technology within our clients * Map client organization, build relationships with new business units, build a sales strategy for developing new business opportunities * Handle risks and issues related to the Account, including delivery oversight where required * Envision and create new opportunities within existing and new businesses * Work closely with our internal Vertical Leadership Teams to define and drive proposition, business development strategy and offerings * Experience in demand fulfillment, collaborating with HR / Ops, Offshore Teams Education background: * Bachelor's degree * MBA or advanced degree a bonus Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
