Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner - Chelmsford This Mortgage Brokerage are part of a multi award winning estate agents and one of the largest, most progressive and successful companies in the South of England. Due to continual success and an increase in business, they are in search for a personable and experienced Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator who is seeking a long term career opportunity to develop amongst a very knowledgeable team. CeMAP qualified preferred. Responsibilities: Dealing with client enquiries Remaining compliant in-line with FCA regulations Packaging and submitting mortgage cases Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, valuer's to progress cases Building relationships with the Directors/Advisers Key Requirements: Personable and enthusiastic At least 2 years Mortgage administration experience Ability to work on your own as well as being a team player Outstanding telephone communication skills Well presented Attention to detail CeMAP qualified (Preferred) Package: Up to £25k basic + Bonus + Benefits
