Job Title: Home Based Mortgage Broker Location: Chelmsford Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: Y856025MBMC Remuneration: To £25,000 basic plus car or allowance of £4,000 with an OTE £60,000 Overview: An established Mortgage Brokers that has strong links with a national estate agency, require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers to work from home offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the existing database of clients. Main Duties: Working from home you will have access to the large existing database of clients in and around the Chelmsford, Harlow and Braintree area. You will be required to assess their existing mortgage arrangements and offer full mortgage and protection advice. Key Skills: This role would be ideal for an experienced mortgage and protection broker who is able to manage their own diary and is confident in contacting the existing database of clients and offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice. Possessing some of your own clients would be a distinct advantage, however it is no essential as the clients will be generated from a number of estate agency branches in and around the Chelmsford, Braintree and Harlow area. Summary: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker who is looking for a good basic salary, the flexibility to work from home and manage own diary and access to the whole of market for Mortgages advice with all leads provided working in the Chelmsford, Braintree and Harlow area.
