MSK Outpatient Nurse | Brand New Service |Manchester | Band 5-equivalent | Flexible hours- no nights and Sunday's |Access to training opportunities The Manchester Orthopaedic Centre have an exciting opportunity for an MSK Outpatient Nurse to join our team. The OrthTeam Centre (OTC) is a brand-new Outpatients and Diagnostic private facility adjacent to Spire Manchester Hospital. This exciting joint venture between OrthTeam Consultants and Spire Healthcare and is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to join a new team and be part of developing brand new Outpatient Musculoskeletal services. The OTC strives to be an autonomous centre of excellence, aiming to be the private healthcare provider of choice for Musculoskeletal Outpatient services, across the Northwest. With an emphasis on high clinical quality, patient safety and staff welfare, the OTC will be recognised as a centre combining commercial success with quality outcomes through innovation and effective use of data analysis Duties and responsibilities * Orthopaedic, Neurosurgical and Neurological assessments * Peripheral nerve injury assessments * Pain Management * Sport and Exercise Medicine assessments * Rheumatology * 3T MRI, Fluoroscopy guided injections, Digital X-ray, Diagnostic Ultrasound Who we're looking for We are looking an NMC Registered Nurse with a high level of clinical skill, a proven track record of working effectively in a team, with considerable experience working in an Outpatient setting. Experience in the private sector and in Orthopaedics would be preferable.
