Job Description
Due to winning new business (even in the current climate) we have exciting and new opportunity for a talented Commercial Insurance Broker to join a progressive and forward-thinking commercial insurance brokerage in Lichfield. My client is looking for an individual with a commercial broking background that can hit the ground running, you will be handling existing clients and broking new business. We are keen to talk to candidates with 2+ years commercial broking experience, who ideally have a good technical knowledge of all commercial lines, and are progressing towards or who have completed their Cert CII as a minimum. The ideal candidate will be a team player, driven and enthusiastic, self-motivated who can crack on with renewals and new business. The ability to build relationships and negotiate with insurers will also be key in this role as you will be working alongside the Executives and Directors taking on their fact finding in order to help them get the best deals from insurers. You will be joining a growing, vibrant business with great pace and energy, and a great team of people, with lovely offices (when we can use them!) in the centre of Lichfield.
