Salary: £19,760 - £20,800 Industry: Childcare Sector: Nursery Job ID: 32090 Do you have what it takes to help shape the little minds of the next generation...? If so, we are looking for an experienced Baby Room Leader within the SW2 area to join an excellent nursery team and to work alongside the management team to deliver exceptional childcare and to build secure foundations for lifelong learning. You will be joining a team of highly experienced practitioners who are carefully selected for their genuine love of working with young children. Hours: 8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30 pm or 9am - 6pm Age group: 4 - 18months What are we looking for? * We are looking for an inspirational leader who is patient, kind and caring with children. * They must have the ability to multitask and be an excellent role model to the team and children. * The ability to effectively manage the allocated room and key groups * Support the effective day to day running of the Nursery * Maintain and support staff management and teamwork in the Room * Be responsible for the smooth running of the Nursery * NVQ Level 3 and above * Experienced early years worker who is passionate about children. * Knowledge of EYFS. * Team player. * At least 2 years experience of working with children Benefits * Competitive salary * Holiday pay * 25% off childcare * Employer contribution into Pension * Employee recognition and award scheme For an initial confidential conversation contact us today!
