Job Description
Our client is a leading UK IFA firm that has enjoyed exceptional growth in the past few years they are now seeking a Developer for their busy and growing IT-Digital team. Description Summary and Purpose This is a great opportunity for an experienced and proactive developer to shape the digital user experience across the group within a varied and evolving environment. The main purpose of this role is to develop the Group's consumer facing website(s) and authenticated client portal. Key responsibilities: Working with lead developer to implement firm's technology roadmap, primarily through the main website and authenticated client portal * Translating UI/UX concepts, prototypes and the like into code * Collaborate with in-house backend developer / UX designer * Ensure developments are optimised for mobile and speed * Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and standards * Adhere to all information security policies and procedures * Organising and prioritising within agile team Requirements Essential Skills: * HTML5 * CSS3 * C# ASP.NET * Experience of Umbraco 7/8 * MVC * JQuery * Experience of using REST APIs * Dev Ops / GitHub * Experience working in an Agile Team * Visual Studio 2017/19 Desirable Skills: * Azure Deployments * Sharepoint development experience THE PACKAGE In return, there is a highly competitive negotiable salary with a first-class benefits package which includes a pension scheme and 30 days holiday (including bank holidays).
