Our client is a leading UK IFA firm - Wealth Management Group that has enjoyed exceptional growth in the past few years they are now seeking a Business Process Developer Based: Bromsgrove, England, United Kingdom Description Summary: As a Business Process Developer, you will be an integral part of the Business Process team and will be responsible for researching processes and gathering data in order to create and develop efficiencies across the business using all tools at your disposal, including RPA software. You will be integral to the building, development and delivery of these processes to key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Work alongside Business Process Manager and Business Process Analysts to identify ways to drive efficiencies across the business using all available technologies Develop and improve processes which span multiple sites/offices (this may include visiting other sites where necessary) Identify potential processes for automation or improvement Responsibility for maintaining, managing and scheduling RPA processes across the group Supporting existing processes and implementing change Executing of configuration requests ensuring effective levels of control, sign off, testing and release Monitor the results of process improvements for reporting and MI purposes Assist with the delivery and deployment processes for change to in-scope systems and processes Evaluate processes and assess any wider impacts that may result from the proposed changes Help to manage the maintenance of business process documentation, procedural guides and supporting material, ensuring documents are indexed and centrally available. Assist with Identifying and evaluating key risk areas within processes across the business Provide excellent levels of customer-service, decision-making capability and a willingness to go the extra mile Conform to timelines, demands, and shifting priorities through problem solving and analytical capabilities Requirements Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications: * Must possess excellent numerical and analytical skills for analysis and evaluation of data * Must have a good understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript * Must be an advanced Excel user and be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of advanced formulas and VBA * Experience of working with RPA software would be a clear benefit * A bachelor's degree in business computer science or other related field is desirable * Experience of SQL would be an advantage * Must be willing and able to work in a team, and liaise with stakeholders across the business * Strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills * Proactive nature, self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative * High level of attention to detail * Ability to balance priorities and deadlines * Ability to learn and utilise multiple analytical programs, flow-charting tools and RPA software * Ability to prioritise tasks and manage the execution of them in a high-pressure environment Must be able to think critically (out of the box) and also be able to pay complete attention to details THE PACKAGE In return, there is a highly competitive negotiable salary with a first-class benefits package which includes a pension scheme and 30 days holiday (including bank holidays).
