Service Engineer Supervisor We are working with a company who are experts in providing security solutions to a range of large commercial clients to include Universities, schools, aerospace sites, offices. Experts in Intruder, Fire, IP CCTV and access control solutions. Excellent training facilities at this Midlands based specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in the industry with the ability to support and supervise other engineers. Role As a Service Engineer it will be your responsibility to undertake service and maintenance calls as scheduled by our Service Desk team. You will be responsible for the customer base which lies within your own service area and provide technical support to a team of engineers. Responsibilities * To ensure the smooth running of your designated service area. * To actively communicate any outstanding issues within your area to your Line Manager * To support any escaled issues the service team may be having. * To actively seek to manage your area revisits. * To be an Ambassador the brand. Required * You will have strong experience of Intruder Alarms, such as; Galaxy, Menvier, Texecom, Scantronic * Service and fault finding ability of Gent, Advance, Notifier, Kentec, C-tec. * You will possess a sound understanding of CCTV systems, such as; Cathexis, Pelco. * Experience of Access Control systems would be desirable.
