Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are recruiting for a growing, fast paced SME based in Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit a temporary Sales Ledger Administrator with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. What will the role involve? * Maintaining the sales ledger; * Monthly production and distribution of customer statements; * Reconciling the bank; * Allocating payments and cash, reconciling cashbooks, dealing with debtor queries; * Ad hoc duties as required. Suitable candidate: * Previous experience within a similar role * Must be computer literate, especially on Excel, Outlook and Word * Customer focused with excellent communication skills, written and verbal * Possesses a proactive approach and is enthusiastic and self-driven * Works effectively in a team, with flexibility to assist team members where needed * Must have experience on Sage.
