The Position : We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who is looking to challenge themselves, regularly explore areas outside of their comfort zone and ultimately earn significant reward. Duties: * Source and select candidates * Network and advertise to potential candidates * Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies * Negotiate contracts and new starter packs * Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc * You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, with differing personalities and seniorities and gathering as much information as possible to make the perfect match. Requirements: * Previous sales or recruitment experience within an engineering background is preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic is paramount.
