The Financial Systems (FinSys) team is seeking a Support Engineer to own the day to day running of Prime Video Channels royalties and revenue processes. You will be the initial point of contact and have direct impact on our key stakeholders - accounting, finance and vendor managers. You will have the opportunity to troubleshoot all aspects of Prime Video Channels royalty and accounting treatments, and be responsible for ensuring we are ready for the launch of new channels and territories. You will support and champion process improvement, including process automation for FinSys operational excellence. You will influence software development designs to ensure they meet the expected high standards for operational excellence. You will become the expert in understanding our systems and business processes. This role will expose you to all aspects of supporting high volume accounting treatments, including payments and general ledger entry.
