Thank you. ~ Liberty are looking for an Interim Director to lead the organisation at this vital time, while their Director, Martha Spurrier, is on maternity leave. The Interim Director will be a person of principle, vision and clarity of thought, defending and upholding Liberty's values with passion and cogency. They will be an experienced manager looking for an opportunity to step up into a leadership role or an experienced leader committed to Liberty's vision of holding the powerful to account and championing freedom and equality. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and leading a strategic, inclusive and values-driven organisational culture, driving forward Liberty's progressive agenda on diversity and inclusion. You will offer inspiration and direction to staff and influence at the highest levels of Government, in the media, among donors and in the NGO sector. You will lead Liberty's Senior Management Team and work with the Board to achieve the organisation's strategic goals and realise its mission. You will safeguard Liberty's financial sustainability, monitor and maximise the impact of its campaigns, grow and diversify its membership, and champion Liberty's brand.
