Job Description
Are you a passionate individual who is keen to help support children reach their potential? CER are urgently looking to recruit talented, enthusiastic and inspiring teaching assistants to fill day to day and long term roles in our lovely schools in and around the Hampshire area. As a teaching assistant in our schools, you will work closely with the class teachers and other teaching assistants to meet the needs of the class as well as individuals on a 1:1 basis. To be a teaching assistant with one of the leaders in education recruitment, you'll need: * Experience working with children, with SEND or mainstream. * A valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain this. * An understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the barriers to learning. * Additional CPD qualifications, such as: Team-Teach and Moving & Handling would be highly beneficial but not essential as CPD is offered.
