Senior Java Software Developer - London Excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join this successful, growing startup and work as part of a small but experienced team of Java Developers (Microservices, Spring, AWS, CI/CD, Python, Java). The successful Senior Java Software Engineer (Microservices, Spring, AWS, CI/CD, Java, Python) should have a strong appreciation for quality agile engineering practices (TDD/BDD, etc) and you will work in a mature DevOps culture having good experience with tools like Docker as well as continuous deployment in AWS. The ideal candidate will not just be a java developer but instead a well-rounded software engineer with knowledge across other modern programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Node, PHP, Scala, Go. Key Skills: * Java, Spring * Cloud (AWS) * Microservices * CI/CD, DevOps tools/practices * Agile, TDD/BDD, pair programming * Ability to working in a high-profile, fast paced and analytical environment * Any experience across other modern programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Node, PHP, Scala, Go would be a bonus. * Another bonus would be any experience with geospatial / GIS / mapping applications.
