Job Description

Mobile Fabric Technician Reading / Basingstoke - 25k My client is a National FM and Maintenance company, due to expansion they are seeking a mobile maintenance fabric technician, to cover 6 retail outlets. You will have a proven track record in commercial maintenance, driving license and good communications skills. City and Guilds, BTEC or NVQ in a relevant discipline is a bonus but not essential. Sector: Retail Stores are located in Camberley / Fleet / Basingstoke / Chineham / Lower Early / Reading The fabric technician duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on basic plumbing, blockages, changing toilet furniture, changing taps, basic carpentry, changing locks, repairing furniture, painting, changing bulbs, and any general fabric duties, assisting other engineers and general paperwork. Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Salary is 25k, including van, uniform, fuel card, phone & tablet Healthcare 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays) Overtime No Call out This is a great opportunity for a mobile fabric technician to join a large National company, that can offer career progression and training.
