Job Description
Mobile Maintenance Electrician Rochdale My client is a mid-size FM and Maintenance Company, due to an expansion of a contract, they are seeking a mobile maintenance electrician to join the team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical 17th or 18th edition, test and inspection would be desirable but not essential. Ability to pass a DBS check and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Sector: Schools Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, starters, small lighting installations, single and 3 phase, emergency lighting, fire alarms test, riser inspections, ppm on plant pumps, motors, ahu's and fan coil maintenance, boiler checks, L8 and maintenance on pool plant. Working with sub-contractors and general paperwork. Hours are 8-4.30 Monday to Friday Salary is 30-32K depending on experience, with call out 1 in 4 £100.00 on call, overtime is available but not guaranteed, van, phone, tablet, uniform and much more.
