Security Officer

We have hours available for a Flexible Worker - Security Support Officer working at a shopping centre site in Staines on Thames, TW18 area. Various Days and Weekends as and when required. 07.00 - 17.00, 08.00 - 18.00, 11.00 - 20.00 & 14.00 - 23.00. Pay rate: £9.76 per hour - Weekly pay. Free parking on site. This allows • Full PAYE status (still allows Tax Credits/SSP etc.) • Company Pension (when applicable) • Weekly pay every Friday • Holiday pay • Possibility of future permanent opportunities Person Specification To be considered for this position, you will need: * A valid SIA licence; A Door Supervisor licence would be beneficial / CCTV preferred. * A full five year checkable employment history * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * An ability to work as part of a team * An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach * IT skills Responsibilities The Security Officer will be required to: * Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site * Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site * Complete various security documentation * Liaise with supervisor / manager effectively and efficiently * Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom * Supervise and control site access * Conduct regular site patrols. This site is an external site and has 1000+ car paking spaces across 3 car parks. * Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder
