Job Description

Shift Maintenance Engineer Canary Wharf My client is currently seeking a shift maintenance engineer based in Canary Wharf. You will be electrically qualified with city and guilds, nvq or equivalent, 17th or 18th edition, as well as having a proven track record in maintenance, and good communication skills. Sector: Commercial and Domestic Maintenance. High End. Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on 4 commercial new builds in Canary Wharf. This will include plant maintenance on pumps, motors, boiler checks, booster pumps, AHU's, general pipe work, chiller re-set. Electrical will including lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, strip, globes, small lighting installations, bms system, fire alarm and emergency lighting checks, riser inspections, single and 3 phase, as well as basic maintenance duties, general paper work and dealing with client and customers on a daily basis. Hours are 7-7. 4 on 4 off, nights and days.
