We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Biscester Designer Outlet! The Assistant Store Manager is accountable for supporting the Store Manager with developing the store team and delivering store operations standards. The role drives all required standards and KPIs in store, such as sales and customer service, people, cost control and commerciality in order to elevate their store performance, grow sales and maximize profitability. They will build, coach and develop their team in order to optimise performance and succession plan for the future, and well as building successful relationships with key partners across the business, such as Planning and Allocation, HR and Retail Operations. We are looking for Retail Managers with a dynamic and can do attitude, who are resilient under pressure and enjoy working at pace. They will demonstrate natural leadership qualities, possess a 'lead by example' mentality, and be relentless in the pursuit of driving and achieving outstanding results through and with their team by creating a high performance culture in their store. Responsibilities * To Support Store Manger in the operational running of the business * Working alongside 2nd ASM to deliver company expectations * General Managerial responsibilities (open, close, difficult conversations etc) * Manage and monitor stock controls across store, stockroom and 2 offsite containers * Health and Safety in store * Operational Audit controls * Train and develop team consisting of 3 x Key Holders, 20 Sales/ Stockroom Associates. * To support Team to drive and deliver sales and expectations throughout the store. This role is to work alongside a second ASM to support the Store Manager in delivering and exceeding company expectations. The role is a great opportunity for someone with drive and ambition to develope addition skills and experience in a fast paced, high volume turnover store.
