Customer Service Advisor Exeter competitive As Customer Service Advisor, you'll be joining a successful and growing Exeter based company who like nothing more than delivering a top notch service to their customers. This role is all about providing help and advice in a super professional and friendly way. You'll get involved with * Customer calls * Answering questions from the sales team regarding customer information, supporting them by inputting orders etc. * Helping with any queries or questions from customers * Supporting the distribution of the products by liaising with the warehouse and delivery companies * Using the CRM system to make sure customer details and orders are correct * Using the CRM system to log and track customer communication You'll also be happy to get involved with other activity to support the wider team.
