Overview
Job Description
Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has a strong presence in the public sector markets. Due to continued growth, it is looking to hire PPM Planner / Scheduler for a contract in Twickenham. As the PPM Planner, you will work at large commercial site, ensuring the maintenance regimes are designed and implemented on to the Maximo CAFM system. Applicants must have knowledge of Building Services and typical plant that includes: AHU, Boilers, FCU and HVAC etc. The PPM Planner must understand what these are and what they do. This is an analytical role and our client needs someone who can manipulate data using Excel. This new position will suit someone who has an engineering background, has worked on the tools and has some supervisory experience, or someone who has worked in an administrative role within a hard services environment and has a strong technical knowledge.
