Job Description
Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of contracts and clients on a national basis. Due to its latest contract award it is looking to hire an Operations Manager in North West London. As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for two commercial buildings of this latest public sector contract. Your role will be to ensure the first-class delivery of the hard services to two buildings, one on North West London and the other in Oxfordshire. Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager that can run a small maintenance team plus support staff. You will report into the General Manager and have full autonomy for running your sites. As the Operations Manager, you must have a proven track record of managing, leading and inspiring teams, be a strong client relationship builder, commercially astute, forward thinking and innovative. This is a lovely new role with an FM Service Provider that can offer you a real long-term opportunity. Our client has fantastic employee retention and clear career progression. This role is paying £48,000 - £51,000 plus company benefits.
