Job Description
Our client is a growing and established M&E service provider, who have an impressive portfolio commercial sites. An opportunity has arisen to join their facilities helpdesk team as a facilities administrator, in their offices in Wimbledon. For this facilities administrator position you will have worked in similar administrative positions in the past and have an excellent knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry. · Salary - £24,000 - 30,000 (dependent on experience) · Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm · Good team environment · Training · Company benefits The duties of the facilities administrator will include making phone calls, co-ordinating labour schedules for a team of engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated to engineers, organising quotes, authorising engineer holidays/ holiday cover and overtime requests, identify schedule/ workload priorities, general administrative tasks, paperwork, client relations and any other duties that may be expected of the administrator. As the facilities administrator you will work alongside the team of three other helpdesk administrators. This facilities administrator role will ideally suit someone with excellent organizational skills, who can handle high volumes of work, as well as having a strong character and client facing skills.
