Job Description
Plumber/Heating Technician Surbiton 32K My client is a national FM and maintenance company. They are currently seeking a plumber/heating technician to work on a halls of residence property. You will have your city and guilds, or equivalent in plumbing/heating, proven track record in domestic maintenance, good communication skills, ability to pass a DBS check and driving license. Sector: Student Accommodation Duties will include all plumbing/heating (no gas), ppm and reactive maintenance on site including, pipe work, copper and pvc, installing sink's, taps, 3 port valves, changing tmv's, radiators, maintaining heating systems, tap temp test's, L8 tests, tank inspections (in loft space), toilet furniture, as well as helping out the team in general fabric duties and general paper work. Hours are one week 8am - 4.30/second week 10.30am - 7pm in this rotation. Salary 32K, with call out 1 in 3 £100.00, overtime, company benefits, uniform, tools and more.
