Job Description
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Production Manager for our engineering client in Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent position, salary negotiable by experience. Experience of manufacturing in electronics, medical, defense or aerospace industries preferred. You will have a strong business acumen, with experience of change management. Good IT /Microsoft skills, competent with excel, ERP or MRP systems. Responsibilities: * Operational Production in a manufacturing environment, ensuring HR, Quality, H&S and Production,ensuring tasks are dealt with professionally and timely. * Plan production schedules and forecasting in utilising resources effectively * Strategy implementation, increasing production capacity and continuous improvement in delivery, quality and developing your team. Skills and experience required for the Production Manager role: * Engineering degree (or equivalent) * 5 years + in managing production activities * Leading change management * ESD Controls experience * Lean Manufacturing and /or Six Sigma experience Further information for the Production manager role is available on application.
