Commis Chef for a 4 Star Luxury Hotel up to £21,000 Our Client: We are delighted to be working with an outstanding 4 star luxury hotel near Farningham who are looking for a Commis Chef to join its brigade. This boutique hotel has a 2-Rosette restaurant, award winning spa and is a popular events venue. Part of an award winning hotel group this hotel is regarded as one of the finest in the area. Working in a kitchen brigade of 13 chefs, you will receive industry leading training and support. The Exec Chef takes great pride in developing and nurturing his junior chefs, encouraging you to move around the kitchen and extensively learn all sections across the kitchen. The cuisine is described as highly modern and innovative, enabling you to learn the latest techniques and food trends. Salary & Benefits: * Salary up to £21,000 per year. * 4 weeks holiday * Progressional opportunities within the hotel group * Discounted night's stay. * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme The Individual: As a Commis Chef you will ideally have worked in a high quality hotel, restaurant and or gastro pub for at least 12 months. If you have worked at 1\2 rosette level then this would be ideal, however your will to learn, attitude and dedication to create fantastic dishes is more important.
