This boutique hotel has a 2-Rosette restaurant, award winning spa and luxury events. This hotel is surrounded by outstanding scenery and grounds. The kitchen brigade consists of 13 chefs and 4 KPs. The head chef has been complemented highly on his food being called innovative and creative. Employee incentives Pension Scheme The Individual: The Ideal candidate will have had plenty of experience in a 1\2 rosette kitchen. You should also know and be confident with the preparation of fresh foods and have knowledge and experience of a variety of kitchen sections. As well as having well rounded knowledge if how the kitchen runs, ideally you need experience in producing food for a range of different menus like, breakfast, lunch, dinner afternoon tea and fine dining, If successful you will have a excellent opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, progression in the kitchen and learn new skills.
