Commis Chef for a 4 Star Luxury Hotel up to £21,000 Our Client: A 4 star luxury hotel near Farningham is looking for a Commis Chef to join its brigade. This boutique hotel has a 2-Rosette restaurant, award winning spa and luxury events. This hotel is surrounded by outstanding scenery and grounds. The kitchen brigade consists of 13 chefs and 4 KPs. The head chef has been complemented highly on his food being called innovative and creative. Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £21,000 4 weeks holiday Progressional opportunities within the hotel group Discounted night’s stay. Employee incentives Pension Scheme The Individual: The Ideal candidate will have had plenty of experience in a 1\2 rosette kitchen. You should also know and be confident with the preparation of fresh foods and have knowledge and experience of a variety of kitchen sections. As well as having well rounded knowledge if how the kitchen runs, ideally you need experience in producing food for a range of different menus like, breakfast, lunch, dinner afternoon tea and fine dining, If successful you will have a excellent opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, progression in the kitchen and learn new skills. Responsibilities: Ensure that your section is kept clean and tidy. Help peers in other sections if asked. Report to the Executive Chef. Be passionate about great food and service.
