Job Description

A Mitel Telecoms Engineer is required by a local customer-centric technology business based in Dorset. Must have experience in installing, configuring and supporting Mitel MiVoice Office / Mitel 250 / Mitel 5000 and/or Mitel MiVoice Business. A full UK driving license is also required - a company car or car allowance will be provided. Responsibilities: * Install Mitel MiVoice telephony solutions, broadband routers and connections to network services * Provide on-site and remote support to telephone systems and network services * Document and update projects and service tickets * There may also be a requirement to install, onboard and support other IT solutions (training will be provided if not experienced) Skills/Requirements: * Mitel MiVoice Office/ Mitel 250/ Mitel 5000/ Mitel App Suite and/or Mitel MiVoice Business experience * Knowledge of SIP and Broadband * Experience of configuring routers and integrating telephony to IT networks * Full UK driving license Desirable Skills: * Any additional knowledge of the following: Gamma Horizon/BT Centrex/Draytek/Fortigate/Barracuda * Experience of Installing IT hardware and services, PC/laptop fault finding * Experience of Microsoft 365/Microsoft Server 2012/2016 * Mitel certification would be advantageous Salary/Benefits: The salary is between £25,000 - 35,000 p.a. depending on experience, however there could be some flexibility if required. You will also be provided with a company car or car allowance. Benefits include 23 days holiday increasing to 25 plus all bank holidays, 5% company contribution to pension scheme, and excellent training and career development opportunities with full support from colleagues and managers.
