Spa Receptionist - Near Windlesham - up to £20,000 package Our Client: A Beautiful and elegant 5 star hotel near Windlesham is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join their passionate and experienced team, with a focus on using sustainable skincare products and a level of customer of service that is second to none, this has helped the spa alone win awards. The spa itself has a large array of products and services to offer, with excellent equipment and breath-taking scenic views, this spa really is a one of a kind. Salary & Benefits: * Salary package up to £20,000 * Live in accommodation available from £400 per month * 4 weeks holiday * Extensive number of benefits, including life assurance and several complementary nights stay. * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme The Individual: This role would suit a passionate and polite Spa Receptionist that has expert knowledge and experience of the role, you will also be responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the spa and its facility's. As well as working with a highly dedicated team you will also have the privilege of working with some of the most experienced Spa Therapists in the country. As a Spa Receptionist, you are the first person a client will meet, so an incredible level customer service will always be expected. The attitude to go above and beyond what is need will reflect positively with your role here. Responsibilities: * Meeting and greeting the clients. * Delivering the highest level of customer service. * Taking reservations of spa treatments. * Talking clients through and explaining the services offered.
