Talent Manager - Minimum of two years experience in a Talent Manager role - Ability to identify and sign both key talent & emerging talent - Strong network of key contacts across the industry - Ambitious, hard working and solid people skills - Strength in building long term strategies around talent career & identifying multiple revenue streams - Must be a team player, and enjoys a social office environment - Ability to identify new & emerging trends Requirements * Clear development of Talent Career strategy. * Working alongside Head of Talent to form long term Talent Acquisition & Identification Strategy. * Identification of revenue streams and new opportunities. * Attention to detail and clear communication with Talent and Brand Stakeholders/Agencies * Foreseeing potential issues in advance and finding solutions. Always being a step ahead of Talent and Agency. * Ability to adapt behaviour from one talent to another talent and manage indepently.
