Head Chef - 4 Star Country House Hotel - up to £38,000 Our Client: Our client is a boutique 4 Star Country House Hotel within the beautiful countryside near Powys, Wales who is looking for an experienced Head Chef who has a proven track record of running a kitchen both strategically and operationally. Salary & Benefits: * Salary up to £38,000 per annum DOE. * 2 bed private house available for £200 per month. * Working within an idyllic beautiful countryside location. * Following completion of the company's 3-month probationary period access to a range of company benefits and discounts * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme Responsibilities: * Catering for on average 40 - 60 covers in peak season. * Running the pass. * Keep on top of all junior chefs to make sure their sections are immaculate. * Running a brigade of 5 Chefs. * Managing and overseeing an array of menus. * Running the kitchen strategically and overseeing all paperwork. The Individual: * This role would suit a first time Head Chef with extensive experience within Country House Hotels within the UK. * Similarly, a Head Chef looking to make the next step in their career. * You will need to have your own transport as the Hotel is very rural. * The thought of working within the countryside excites you. * The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of delivering the very best food and running a team of highly skilled chefs. * You will have an intense passion for food and show this clearly as you work.
