Head Chef - Luxury 5 Star Hotel - Wales - £40K Our Client: An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join this Wwales based Luxury Iconic 5 star hotel. Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for ensuring the standards of the kitchen is maintained and the food is of an exceptional standard when leaving the kitchen. Salary & Benefits: * Salary up to £40,000 DOE * Exceptional career progression * 4 weeks holiday * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme Responsibilities: * Maintaining and exceeding the Michelin Star standards that have been set and ensuring that all junior chefs are keeping up with the high standards. * Keep on top of all junior chefs to make sure their sections are immaculate. * As the Head Chef you will oversee an extremely dedicated team of 8 in the brigade. * Liaising with the other senior Chefs within the property.
