RMN roles within Cygnet Coventry Perm and Bank roles available Salary up to £40,000 pa Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse Role Summary We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN with a passion for delivering the best quality of care. This is a full time role, you will be working 38.5 hours per week, at Cygnet Hospital Coventry. Cygnet Hospital Coventry offers specialist inpatient services for women across three wards, with step down facilities also forming part of the care pathway. You will be expected to work as a part of a team to develop the service .We offer excellent training opportunity's and will support you with your revalidation and offer additional CPD training We work to create an inclusive work environment that is patient centred. We work collaboratively with external organisations including NHS England, local CCG's and CQC. We support all of our nurses to grow and develop their skills in our work place. Essential: * Experience as a Registered Nurse Mental Health Nurse / RMN or Learning Disability Nurse / RNLD with a current Pin Number * The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits and demonstrate integrity in your role * A good understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices * A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage and reduce risk * Compassion, resilience and a dedication to empower and support service user independence Desirable: * The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role * An interest in leadership, research and assessment * Experience with the client group Cygnet Hospital Coventry provides an all-female specialist mental health service with 56 beds. Cygnet Coventry is easily accessible via train, public transport or Car, we have a very spacious hospital, with extensive patient living and activity areas as well as external grounds, At Cygnet Coventry we provide: 16 High Dependency Rehabilitation beds 16 High Dependency unit for disordered eating and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder 12 Female PICU beds to be opened this year 7 Flat let Community facing stepped down care Services provided include Medium, Low Secure and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with Personality Disorder and Mental Illness.
