Location Cygnet Coventry, Lansdowne Street, Coventry, CV2 4FN Salary £33,846 - £35,500 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Hours Full Time Part Time We are looking for a Registered Mental Health/ RMN with a passion for delivering the best quality of care. Cygnet Hospital Coventry offers specialist inpatient services for women across three wards, with step down facilities also forming part of the care pathway. Your Day-to-Day… Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations we work as a team to develop service, audit, and improve quality We offer excellent raining opportunity's and will support you with your revalidation and offer additional CPD training We work to create an inclusive work environment that is patient centred. We work collaboratively with external organisations including NHS England, local CCG's and CQC. We support all of our nurses to grow and develop their skills in our work place. In achieving this we ensure that our patients receive the best care and our staff continue to learn, develop and work within their scope of practice in accordance with NMC guidance. Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines At Cygnet Coventry, we provide: 16 High Dependency Rehabilitation beds 16 High Dependency unit for disordered eating and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder 12 Female PICU beds to be opened this year 7 Flat let Community facing stepped down care Services provided include Medium, Low Secure and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with Personality Disorder and Mental Illness. Cygnet Coventry is easily accessible via train, public transport or Car, we have a very spacious hospital, with extensive patient living and activity areas as well as external grounds.
