Your role: You will beworking in a team of five on a daily basis, with you main duties being the daily reconciliation of both bank accounts and credit card payments. You will also be assisting in the inputting sundry invoice requests that are received from various areas of the business as well as monitoring and actioning monthly billing requests. Day to day you will: Reconciliation Duties + Be responsible for reconciling various bank accounts on a daily/weekly and monthly basis + To ensure that these are always kept up to date and are accurate + To ensure that these are completed in line with the companies deadlines. + On a daily basis to reconcile the Credit Card transactions to ensure that all payments received are accounted for in the required time frame. Other Duties + To assist with the inputting of manual/download adhoc invoice requests received. + To complete the monthly inputting of Readers Offers requests received.
