THG Ingenuity leverages the technology, brand and ecomm knowledge of THG to create compelling digital propositions for clients including Nintendo, P&G, Boots, Nestle and many more. Specifically THG Ingenuity draws on over 10 years of THG operating experience to: * Connect brands with global audiences to help power global growth * Enable brands to collect and analyse data in real-time across the Ingenuity eco-system to help generate actionable insights and build agility across digital operations * Produce digital content at industrial scale to maximise efficiencies * plan, buy and execute digital marketing strategies across the three critical areas: acquisition, anticipation and retention The Role: We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced localisation sales director to join our global leadership Team. As our Localisation Sales Director and member of THG Ingenuity's Sales Leadership Team, you will help build trusted partnerships with new and existing customers. Your focus will be on building a pipeline of eCommerce translations and localisation clients at the enterprise level. You will focus on working across the business and in conjunction with across THG Ingenuity by providing innovative solutions to our clients' needs and by partnering with other parts of THG Ingenuity to optimise the long- term client value. As a Localisation Sales Director you will: - Create and implement eCommerce-specific sales campaigns to promote and sell our language services to new legal clients. - Cross and up-selling our services to develop existing client accounts in specific verticals. - Prepare, write and present responses to RFQs/RFPs - Discuss project specifications in detail with prospects/clients to produce accurate quotations - Represent the company at legal exhibitions and conferences - Work closely with the THG Ingenuity Marketing to integrate sales and marketing activities to produce consistent brand marketing communications across the eCommerce sector. - Work closely with the Language Connect Project Management and Finance team to ensure smooth processing of projects through to completion in accordance with the client's requirements - Pro-actively promote a sales and marketing ethos amongst colleagues in all functions of the company Requirements * Demonstrated ability to form and develop strategic partnerships with customers and to influence key decision makers across our client base * Solid understanding of the language services sector, and of the adjacency of digital content with translations for the eCommerce sector. Experience in the sale of language services is essential * Strong analytical skills with ability to understand client needs and develop/ tailor both technology and process solutions for them * Strong attention to detail and understanding of finance and budgeting * Be organized and efficient whilst working towards tight deadlines * Drive to provide industry-leading service to our clients * Creative thinking with a positive, 'can-do' attitude * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and willingness to share your expertise and learn from the people around you * Be a dedicated and enthusiastic team member with conscientiousness in promoting the growth of our Company * A logical thinker with a high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly Benefits * Competitive Salary * THG Bonus * THG Staff Discounts * Gym Memberships
